And that is because absentee votes are counted 9 days after the primary, and, as had been shown over and over again, early and absentee voters go for Clinton by very large margins.

meaning you need a legitimate reason to be given one. These are not 'early voting' ballots, so there will be far fewer of them, probably changing nothing.
I suspect that the hassle in obtaining provisional ballots due to the election fraud also means there will be little change with those counted as well.
What should change is the fucking system that is largely a corrupt cronie system.

And, yes, the vote totals will shift slightly even if delegates awarded do not.
