(36,418 posts)That entails violation of federal criminal statutes. We should now be talking about how best to transition her delegates.
Here is Hillary's Security Oath and the statute it references, 18 USC Sec. 793. Go ahead and read
them both and come back and tell us that criminal violation isn't indicated.
Hillary signed this document on 01/22/09:

What Obama does or doesn't do is irrelevant.
I trust Comey. He is a man of integrity and I trust that he is properly investigating HRC's email server. Whatever he recommends to the Justice Department, will be fair and just. I think people, regardless of political stripe, agree with that.
However, Obama is certainly aware of what the Federal Code is regarding sending and storing classified information on personal email--because he issued this executive order:
"Executive Order 13526 and 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code make it unlawful to send or store classified information on personal email." --Barack Obama, Dec 29, 2009.

(39,961 posts)with that answer last night is she is startlingly arrogant. We had a President filled with hubris in 2001-2009, and that didn't turn out well.
I also don't think anyone believes that she will do anything to "earn it" because the entire reason they want Bernie to drop out is so that she can go full force right wing. The longer she has to discuss her non-policies, the harder it is going to be when she flips right. Also, she has a serious tendency toward blunders. The more she speaks the worse she sounds.
All we are going to hear out of her if she gets the nomination is who we are going to go to war with so that she can sound "muscular" on foreign policy. She has foreign policy experience alright, experiencing making tragic decisions. Libya. Honduras. All of that and more happened on her watch as Secretary of State.

(20,453 posts)plus, the money that is in place to go all the way to the convention, PLUS, 10 more states, including the biggest one, plus, the wooden head idea that "super-delegates are more important than voters", this party had better get itself in line with reality of who has the best ideas and will beat the fools in the Republican race.

(10,336 posts)real hopeful yet. I originally was going to be one, but then dropped out when State convention turned out to be in the middle of a vacation I have planned for years to take my nieces and nephew to Florida (they've never been on a vacation of any kind, and the oldest graduates high school next month.
Had I known she would drag this out the way she has, I wouldn't have cancelled and lost my spot. If I am lucky enough to get one again, I will literally leave Florida to fly home for State, and then back to Florida to re-join my family. What a mess this is.

Nobody trusts her because she can't distinguish truth from what works in advertising. The few thing she did make a decision on were disasters. See Iraq war, 2003. She pretended she didn't have access to the same information Sanders did, but if that's true, you can add willful ignorance to her skills in decision making.

(10,336 posts)nowhere unless the party turns its' back on me with it's selection. At that point, the party has no room to squawk. As it stands, Trump is appealing to working class voters with promises to bring the jobs back. I am not saying I would vote for him, nor am I saying I would withhold my vote, but others have suggested they may do just that. I don't mind explaining this over and over until I am blue in the face, if that's what is necessary to save to party from itself. When and why did we reject labor wholesale?

(10,559 posts)Don't pretend you weren't insulting posters who link to FOX even with caveats - I've been one of your targets. In this case, you insulted the second source despite the fact the chair of the DNC is the source doing an interview on FOX.
No reasonable person here is going to take FOX at face value, but verifiable information is the way sensible people draw conclusions.
I don't know if the change in management at FOX is going to bring them back wholly from "total propaganda tool" but I do know they've been getting some good scoops lately, and they have helped prove Hillary Clinton has lied to the public repeatedly, and appears to have committed perjury.
At this point, I believe the FOX leaked Inspector General letter to Congress. I am not happy that I had to learn about it from them, but at least the Internet meant I didn't have to waste my time watching them.

(10,559 posts)It's a link to the "Motion to Show Cause" as Politico and Vice News are participating in some of the 38 FOIA lawsuits that Madame Secretary started. Turns out the DOJ is doing "secret motions" because releasing any of the 30,000 emails she deleted (yoga and her daughter's wedding) will cause "harm to their investigation".
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2016/4/20/1518134/-Very-interesting-update-today-in-regards-to-the-FBI-Clinton-Server-InvestigationLawyers for a reporter demanding access to email messages and files the FBI has reportedly retrieved from Hillary Clinton's private server are objecting to a secret filing the Justice Department submitted to a federal court last month as part of a bid to keep those messages under wraps.
In a motion filed Tuesday, attorneys for Vice News reporter Jason Leopold formally protested the classified declaration the FBI filed offering U.S. District Court Judge Randy Moss additional details about the ongoing FBI investigation into how classified information wound up on Clinton's private server, which hosted the personal email account she used in lieu of a government one during her four years as secretary of state.
(snip)
This filing by the Department of Justice was made in-camera and ex parte, which is essentially a private meeting with a judge, without the other party, public, or press being notified or present.
That is unique - it means the reasoning for denying the request is detrimental, not just the content. (more at link)
Not FOX. Just more fallout from Hillary and her Epic Bad Judgment.
