Interesting that in MD Senate, Bernie supporters went "establishment" Van Hollen over Edwards

Edwards was the more progressive candidate. Van Hollen is very much establishment, yet Bernie supporters seemed to be "split" between the two, with slightly more favoring Van Hollen 51-45. Kind of goes against the narrative of a political revolution when you pick a guy who couldn't be more establishment.

Since Bernie wasn't that popular in Maryland, endorsing him wouldn't have really helped her. However, it shows that even after showing loyalty to and endorsing Clinton, Haim Saban still came in and assailed the campaign.

Her base was African Americans in PG County, who obviously went heaving for Clinton
