Who can stop the SuperPACs from doing GOTV for Romney, doing pro-Romney mailers, print ads,

and dumping $$ directly into his campaign to pay for his campaign offices? Such spending by them is said to be "illegal". At this late date, it seems there is not enough time to enforce anything, because if he were to win they could shut down any enforcement.
