That paper, and the Charlotte Observer are North Carolina's two biggest newspapers.

Let me add, I didn't see the Raleigh newspaper included on that list.

7. Lots of little town dailies/weeklies representing red areas. BUT, in terms of circulation?

Obama leads in endorsements.

Just another way of bending the truth for Repubs.

With eight days to go before the 2012 election, 71 daily and 31 weekly or twice-weekly papers have endorsed Obama; 102 daily and 27 weekly newspapers have endorsed Romney. It should be noted that 20 of Romney's weekly endorsements come from small-circulation papers in Minnesota owned by Forum Communications.

Total circulation of the newspapers endorsing Obama: 14.4 million
Total for Romney: 8.6 million

8. Ok but how many endorse the same party every election vs how many changed this year?

That's what matters -- if anything. Obama has several endorsements from papers that endorsed McCain in 2008.

It's only watchable starting at 3PM (Bashir). The fact that they are reporting wrong information to favor Romney destroys the myth that it is a complete left leaning channel.

I believe that two dozen newspapers, all owned by the same GOP-leaning interest, endorsed en masse, not individually.

Yesterday pm, SE Cupp had statistics showing that Obama has more than twice the endorsements PLUS the total readership far eclipses the readership of the papers endorsing Romney. She said advantage is clearly Obama for what it's worth.
