I assume you're including the inland and plains states (i.e.--Utah, Idaho, Montana, the Dakotas, etc.) and not just the Pacific Coast states.

And dramatically in the Midwest. Lost ground in the West and slightly in the Northeast.

The whole write up is kind of positive for Romney, but I would like to see those enthusiasm numbers by region...I bet a lot of it is driven by voters in the South
