Romney campaign reverses position; Actually, he does like FEMA now

“Gov. Romney believes that states should be in charge of emergency management in responding to storms and other natural disasters in their jurisdictions,” Romney spokesman Ryan Williams said in a statement. “As the first responders, states are in the best position to aid affected individuals and communities, and to direct resources and assistance to where they are needed most. This includes help from the federal government and FEMA.”

From the Daily Kos.

He is still talking about states being responsible for helping affected individuals.

Read the second half of the quote. He says it should be handled by the states, but that FEMA and the federal government are a part of that process.

Which is a big jump from saying, let's get rid of FEMA.

Like a coin when flipped this character, Mitt (shudder) has two sides, heads and tales. The head don't think and the tales is what we get when he is caught in his (almost?) lies.

Wow.

What is wrong with this guy?

I mean, it's not even that he flip-flops,
but that he has no concept that nobody listens or believes.

Why bother, Mitt?
We already KNOW you're going to flip-flop.
