Hope I heard this right - electricity elections Pennsylvania

Just tuned into Current TV, Jennifer Granholm stated that Pennsylvania is looking into paper ballots if necessary.

Just like they do in the UK, Canada etc.

Other Western countries have a paper trail, and until America follows course, elections will be at risk to thieves like Karl Rove.
