Apparently, there's speculation that the Romney campaign was considering sending Romney to tour storm damage with Gov. Christie for a photo op. Christie responds:
I have no idea, nor am I the least bit concerned or interested. I have a job to do in New Jersey that is much bigger than presidential politics. I could care less about any of that stuff If you think right now I give a damn about president politics, then you dont know me.

(8,933 posts)Thinks romney'a going to lose and seems to be positiining himself as a moderate. To me this means that he thinks that this extremist stuff is going to get old and people are going to expect even the right are going to expect people to be able to work together

(2,800 posts)This situation sucks for millions of peopl, but Christie's take on Romnesia's bullshit request is absolutely wonderful.
And what a concrete example of the kind of worthless two-faced bastard Romney is. A human being with any integrity would be too embarassed to even to ask for this, but not Mittens.

(546 posts)Well ... perhaps Romney can get a ride on a FEMA vehicle and have his photo taken with those 'immoral' responders.
Can this man be more crass?
You bet.

(9,992 posts)the chiron is flashing:
"TRACKING SANDY, Romney may visit NJ to help Gov Christie"
"HEADING TO NEW JERSEY, Romney considers trip to inspect damage"
"CHANGE OF PLANS, Romney may visit NJ storm victims"
and THEN is Christie goes on to praise Obama to the skies for his response to Sandy.
100% FAIL for Mittens' FOX cheerleaders.

(966 posts)But maybe Christie IS more worried about the people of New Jersey than he is about Willards campaign. He's lived there all of his life, his father was a CPA, not a big money man. The people in trouble are the ones he's known all his life. I dont live in NJ but Im just saying
