Just voted in Gwinnett County, Georgia

Waited over an hour. Poll worker said the wait to vote Saturday was 4 to 5 hours. Cold very windy waiting outside but no one was complaining. Great crowd.

1. Honestly, I don't understand why people should have to stand in line so long!

Can't we do better in providing voting opportunities? 4 or 5 hours is ridiculous. I'm glad for everyone who is able to wait in line that long, but I'm sure there are a lot of people who would like to vote but don't have that much time to wait....

3. I waited in line in Dacula 2 1/2 hours on Saturday, but my husband voted in 20 minutes

at the same location last night. 2 votes for Obama in this Red State.

7. I voted in Forsyth Co., GA about two weeks ago.

I had to wait about ten minutes. Was a bit crowded considering it was a very early date (and, of course, a far more rural county than Gwinnett!).
