But that won't happen, and come to think of it, even if it did, I could see the most rabid of the Repukes still claiming that Obama somehow "stole" it.

They are insane.

If it's a narrow Obama victory, they'll claim voter fraud.

If it's a sweeping Obama victory, they'll claim a massive conspiracy of election-rigging, like when a strongman in some authoritarian state wins re-election with 99% of the vote.

It's a hopeless case.

I actually heard a co-worker say something stupid at lunch. "You know that 'Steel Magnolias' was remade with (whispers) colored people?" Jesus fucking Christ, I wanted to bang my head against something. And yes, my opinion of her is down to zero. She's a fucking racist. The other co-workers lunching with us asked her to repeat herself, and then asked what decade she was living in, LOL. I was too stunned to respond, because there is no way I heard that shit in the liberal state of Washington, but there are definitely bigots up here outside of Seattle.

Ignorant cow. Probably thinks that white people are persecuted because there's no White Entertainment Network. GUARANTEED.

and when the election. If he had double that margin nationwide, it might be large enough to get aknowledge by the RW.

"ACORN stole it," you know.

Hell, they've even managed to tell themselves, despite polling that indicated otherwise, that Bill Clinton only won two terms because Perot split the vote of a supposedly guaranteed GOP win.

To Republicans, any Democratic president is illegitimate. Ever since Reagan they've operated under the idea that the White House rightfully belongs to the GOP and that anyone else occupying it is some kind of interloper.

I have no clue. Remember, they think they OWN the WH (they've occupied the WH for 20 of the last 30 years!) so, at least to them, a Democratic victory is always a "bug" not a feature.

...because they don't believe he's constitutionally-eligible to be president because his biological father wasn't an American citizen. Idiots.
