A Different Game

A note about the "revolution":

The "revolution" (a poor term for what is actually just a movement) gained enormous strength this year. And far from being over, you have only begun to see its strength.

We have Bernie Sanders to thanks for allowing himself to briefly stand as its focal point, but he is no more responsible for the movement than a dandelion is responsible for the grass that grows all around it.

The Democratic Party is going to have to acquiesce to it and that acquiescence has already begun.

IOW, to me Bernie was the only ball player on the court and he fucking dunked in the face of the hardcore Dem establishment. There is no question but that it is now a different game.

Without Bernie, it's just a bunch of tents in New York. The crash is coming.

3. Elizabeth Warren would have done equally well. Guess that shoots down a bunch of your theories.

Including the Bernie Bro = sexist theory you undoubtedly hold.

7. Your "on the contrary" is meaningless and used incorrectly

since you, in fact, said nothing TO the contrary.

Nor did you explain how it could be a "cult of personality" about Bernie and yet would attract the same votes with Elizabeth Warren.

Conclusion = fail, Barrow-Wight, fail.

BTW, a "barrow-wight" is like a troll, right? They are monsters that live underground in dens, right? Big Tolkien fan here.

9. How big of a Tolkien fan can you be

If you think a Barrow-wight is a troll?

I do not think Elizabeth would be getting the same fervor. I do not think people would be calling themselves Elizabecrats.

15. For the ring alone, many would adopt "Elizabethans."

Certainly not the aforementioned Elizabecrats (or whatever was suggested).

What's your beef with it, or with the Elizabethan era?

8. As has been pointed out and you would be foolish to ignore...

Hillary STARTED with every advantage, hundreds of delegates ahead before a vote was cast.

She was known all around the world whereas no one had heard of Bernie.

His message resonates and that is why he defied all expectations and made it this close.

You ignore, or pretend to ignore, but it does nothing to reduce the truth of that fact. All it does is make you look like you are not being honest or perceptive about the political climate.
