10. I really like Vice-President Biden.

I can see this happening. He would be steady and safe, and it would loudly message the fact that Secretary Clinton was going to keep President Obama's accomplishments intact. (Biden's legacy is wrapped up in that as well.).

We know he's an excellent debater and surrogate. He more than easily handled Lyin' Ryan, and he's got a great backstory and won't steal a Senate seat.

My first pick is Secretary Julian Castro, though, as he's kind of a political Jedi-ninja badass.
