Though, again, he might have some outstanding commercial paper stuff for cash flow reasons which isn't "debt" in a real sense (it's already marked as "spent" from cash on hand if so).

I suppose it's possible he burned through is $6 million on hand plus what he raised in the interim, but I would doubt it.

Might get Hillary sent to jail. Maybe this is why the OP wants Hillary to pay for the Rome vacation?

if this is an illegal use of money,Clinton would be allowed to pay the debts...Jesse Jackson Jr. went to jail for campaign 'errors' like this.

I don't have any idea how BS can legally repay his campaign for the improper use of campaign funds for his family outing other than out of his own pocket.

otoh - Anyone, including Obama, the Clintons, etc, can raise money for his Presidential campaign to pay off his legitimate campaign debts. This is assuming that he will be in debt when he stops spending money on a campaign.

but it would not be appropriate to pay back his campaign for his possible misuse of funds.

People should run a Gofundme if he has to pay it back.

and then wait to see how enthusiastically he endorses and campaigns for Hillary during that time before making any final decision.

At this point all we know is that the campaign has $6 million on hand at the end of April. Depends on how much he raised and spent in May and now June

Best that could happen is for her to setup fundraisers for that purpose. But that won't happen until after the general election is over.
