Related: About this forumSanders Needs about 400 Supers to Switch Sides, 13x the Number that Switched to Obama in 2008
Sanders has stated that his plan is to win the democratic nomination by convincing superdelegates to switch their allegiance. The record for the most superdelegates to actually switch from one candidate to another occurred in 2008, when 30 SDs switched from Clinton to Obama. Sanders would need roughly 400 to do so this year.
