2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumI have a question and I hope it is not seen as tendentious.
President Obama will likely endorse Hillary Clinton this week, per news reports. How does Senator Sanders expect to sway Super Delegates in light of this?
He would be asking them not only to repudiate the popular vote and pledged delegate winner but to repudiate the sitting president, the leader of our party, and the gentleman who enjoys a 87% approval rating among Democrats.

Thank you in advance.

I may think Obama is a great president, but that doesn't mean I have to vote for who he tells me to.
I do still have a brain and can make my own decisions.
