We're planning to gather in front of NBC headquarters at Rockefeller Plaza on Tuesday to protest this unfair interference in the election. Protests will start at 5:00pm and continue into the evening. Together, we will stand up for fair and impartial coverage of elections.

RSVP to the event and share http://nycmediamarch.com/ on social media.

NYC Media Protest Final Update - THE MARCH JUST GOT BIGGER - Publicity from Rosario Dawson, Shaun King, Jordan Chariton - #bernthemedia

Friends,

As you may know, a group of activists have been planning an event in New York City to protest the media's plan to call the Democratic Primary race early.

We had no idea they would call it THIS early.

And thus, our protest becomes more important than ever. News of our event has been shared on Twitter by actress Rosario Dawson, activist Shaun King, and TYT journalist Jordan Chariton, but we still need your help!

www.NYCmediamarch.com is ground zero for our event. Go there to RSVP if you live in or near New York. Then, use our facebanking tool at http://ec2-52-37-99-82.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com/ to invite all your friends who live in the area. Finally, if you're on Twitter/Instagram, you can share this image with the hashtag #bernthemedia http://imgur.com/gallery/rjrzkVf

We hope you can help us make this event a success, and that if you live in New York, you will come out and join us after engaging in some important phonebanking and other activism today. We will show our strength in July with great numbers in Philly, but efforts like this before then help us organize and grow our numbers for that final push. So let's make this event a success and fight back against a corrupt corporate media that has undermined us from day one.

Wish I could be there. But highly doubtful they'll cover a protest against themselves. laruemtt Jun 2016 #1
