Gallup: Democrats More Upbeat Than Republicans About 2016

PRINCETON, N.J. -- By 71% to 59%, more Democrats than Republicans in the U.S. are satisfied that someone is running this year who will make a good president. While this is similar to what Gallup found in May, the latest reading is the first since Hillary Clinton effectively clinched the Democratic nomination. Donald Trump became the inevitable GOP nominee a month earlier.

I'm very excited about Hillary's nomination and candidacy!!

It's not at all surprising to read poll results like that!

Go, Hillary! Beat Trump!

if I were a Republican donor right now. As long as D's show up in November, the R's can't win, and all Trump is doing is hurting their chances with people who are outside the RWNJ circle. The best they can realistically hope for is to maintain their majorities in both Houses and stifle HC's agenda like they did with the current administration.
