I can't stand Trump

Seemed as though it's the opposite. Especially in the trashing department. Target #1 is Donald Trump.

but in the interview he made it clear that not only was he voting for her, the BoBs should wake up and vote for her too.

17. To Bill Maher, Hillary represents the lesser of two evils in the election.

He was pretty clear about that; he sees her as a War Hawk, and is fully aware that her Wall St. credentials belie her portrayal as a progressive or populist, and it's true that he was a Bernie supporter, and he raised those specific issues on the show, but he DID say repeatedly that he would support Hillary over Trump; repeatedly.
