Trump Falls, Clinton Jumps in Betting Odds Following Cruz's Speech
Before Cruz's speech, the betters had Trump around 30% and Clinton around 68%. In the last hour or two, Trump has lost 2.5 points in the betting markets and Clinton has gained 2.5 points. A 5 point swing in the odds of who is going to win is nothing to sneeze at, especially in 90 minutes or so. It took a similar swing towards trump to occur during the first half of July. I have never seen the markets move that quickly other than on an election night. Clearly it isn't just us kooky liberals that think that the Republican Convention is a total shitshow.
