if this kind of talk were rare. But the fact is that lots of people think like that. A large segment of the population live in an alternate reality.
This is dangerous.
What we have now is freedom of speech vs. a relentless propaganda machine that lies relentlessly. Worse yet, its real intention is to increase the wealth of the 1% and to affirm the power of corporations.

I've been perusing the notorious hardcore conservative sites tonight and it's amazing. I should have gone to bed hours ago, but it's almost mesmerizing, like staring at a horrible car crash even though you don't really want to look.

There seems to be a tsunami of foaming-at-the-mouth paranoid psychosis sweeping through the country. Those who aren't "immediately emigrating" seem to be steeling themselves to fight to the death in some imagined Civil War II that was of course brought on by "The Conspirators."

It's just an orgy of lunatic, racist, homophobic, gun-toting fundamentalist tinfoil hat conspiracy raving unlike anything I've ever seen after an election. And it's actually scary how much of it is out there.

Freeperville alone is just a writhing mass of discombobulated fascist angst, building to some as yet unseen crescendo of madness.

They should probably be sedated until they calm down, truth be told.
