Anyone know what happens in this case?

Obviously highly unlikely, for many reasons but it's an unlikely year.
Trump drops out but is on the ballot in say, 30 states. Someone else on the ballot for Rethugs for the other 20.
Trump wins in some of the states where he is still on the ballot.
Trump's plus other Rethug's electoral votes are more than 273.
Can the electors from the Trump states vote for the other Rethug in the electoral college and give him the election?
Are "faithless" electors allows in just siome states or all states?

Baring specific state limitations (the restrictions of which haven't really been tested in higher courts)
electors can vote for anyone.
