Some people get upset that MSNBC isn't a left wing counterpart to Fox News that actively works for the Democratic Party. Personally, I don't want to see that, but many criticize the network for not taking an active part in the campaign, even to the point of threatening a boycott or implying the mighty unseen Oligarchs are silencing them. That seems utterly ridiculous for a real news agency.

The weird report that Trump released is indeed suspicious enough, but without hard evidence that it was faked it's just that, suspect. As I said, if Newsweek uncovers any hard proof that Trump wrote this himself, I'm sure all the media outlets will jump on it. Meanwhile, it's no more than fodder for the online conspiracy theorists, but I'm glad a credible source is looking into it.
