(36,470 posts)They say you shouldn't let politics get between a relationship, but if anyone I know confesses to supporting/voting for Trump, it will change my opinion of them drastically. I know several repubs & they are all in a quandary about what to do on election day. I think some are going to vote for Johnson & some will leave the president blank. One has said she will vote for HRC.

It also gives the RNC and establishment Reps and out, within a few weeks Trump will be on his own.

(5,049 posts)When Trump goes full tin foil hat - the lunatics will finally get the campaign they have been demanding for a decade or more. It could be enough to shatter the republican party. Living in the echo sphere, most don't realize just how deranged they sound to the vast majority of America.
So by all means bring on the white supremacist, 911, chemtrail, Hillary brain transplant conspiracies - they are only digging their own graves.

We have to hope that most of America still sees decency and respect as two of their core values.
