Trump has finally found a way to alienate his last bastion of supporters.

Trump has managed to alienate just about every demographic - women, Hispanics, Muslims, blacks, veterans, active duty military, journalists. But one demographic stubbornly refused to turn on him - angry old white guys. No matter what he did, Trump couldn't shake them.

Till now.

Angry old white guys are old enough to remember the Cold War, the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Red Menace, the Red Scare, the Domino Theory, Korea, and the like. Now it turns out that Trump's Campaign Manager and quite possibly Trump himself have been in bed with (GASP!) the Commies!!

That might be the final straw. Angry Old White guys might just decide that Trump really is the Manchurian Candidate and just sit out this election.

That said, I've never seen a poll with an "Angry Old White Guy" cross tab. I dislike labels such as this, as some folks make them into stereotypes.
