The Olympics, Preseason NFL Games, MLB Pennant Races etc. Politics?

Lots of big distractions out there these days - and more looming - to keep the average voter quite distracted from politics.

Good to remember that most Americans are not political junkies. The day-in, day-out of the campaign is all background noise to them.

Trump has succeeded in piercing the normal political noise.

And not in a good way.

As angry as many people are at "government as usual" or "wallstreet" or even "left coast and right coast" they are NOT ready to elect an American Strong Man and President. Especially one that is as unhinged as the Drumpster.
