Trump said he would not do 'Nation Building'. Obama currently has NATO troops

in Iraq and Syria that have been training the locals to fight back against ISIS. In fact there are ongoing battles with ISIS as we speak. American soldiers have advisory roles. ISIS is losing territory. Would Trump remove these nation building American advisors today? Would he un-train the Iraqi and kurdish fighters who have been trained by NATO countries in the last two years? And how would he then take on ISIS?
