Judge Orders Clinton to Answer Written Questions in E-Mail Case

Hillary Clinton will have 30 days to answer written questions about her use of a private e-mail server submitted by the conservative government watchdog Judicial Watch, a U.S. judge ruled, denying the group’s bid to question her in person.

Judicial Watch must submit its questions by Oct. 14, though waiting that long means Clinton can delay her response until after the Nov. 8 presidential election.

The group has been using a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit to press for information about aide Huma Abedin’s overlapping employment at the U.S. State Department, the Clinton Foundation and an outside consulting firm while the Democratic presidential nominee was the top U.S. diplomat.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan in Washington ordered Clinton to answer written questions on Friday over the objection of long-time Clinton lawyer David Kendall. The judge heard arguments over the issue in July.

Not one candidate had the chops nor criteria to match Clinton. Not one candidate ran this race on their own merits as Clinton did. They all followed the path of character assasination well before offering up their own pathetic weak & pitiful platform, if they had one at all.

I want her to win this election & hang in their for the simple reason of appointing as many Supreme Court Judges as she can in her first 4 years. Then walk away and give the fu*k you finger to those who piled on to destroy her.

Every candidate in this race set out to destroy her with broad brushed labels & simple character assasination, & the big "kiss my ass" from Hillary Clinton will come the moment she takes the oath of office & turns to her Country and smiles and waves.
