We'll first send back all illegal aliens who are criminals says Boris Ephsteyn, for Trump
This is in response to the question (which they dodge) about Deportation Squads.
The question that no one is asking Ephsteyn, or any of the other hired goons, is HOW they propose to round up those "illegal aliens who are criminals" ? Surely that implies Deportation squads ??? They're hardly going to hand themselves in, seeing as they would never be able to return to the US if caught.

1. This is a non-statement
because, by definition, all "illegal immigrants" are criminals.
So... while it might sound softer... do not be deceived. If tRump is elected, he can still start rounding up all people here WITHOUT documentation and deport them... and, if his previous promises are true, he will do it "humanely" by deporting any children born here as well (no splitting up families!). |

3. I understand what you are saying, however it's important to make the disinction
that undocumented people are in violation of civil laws.
I am not sure the Trump campaign (en masse) understands the difference. It's a big difference. It goes right to the bigger point I believe you're making: they really think they can just round people up. |

4. That's true but the Trump surrogates are getting away with just saying the above, without being
further challenged on how they carry that out.

5. And that is why.IMO. it is up to us to keep pointing that ish out on social media. it's about
more than his surrogates -- it about more than just saying they get away with it.
It's important to keep pointing this crap out. |

7. No they aren't
Deportation is a civil penalty. This is why there is no sixth amendment right to counsel in deportation courts.

9. That distinction will be lost on the tRumpentator
and he will fix it by having congress pass a law making staying here a felony
