She probably got them in the divorce proceedings and all these years she has thought how he cheated her with lies about his income. Now trump is either forced to say his returns are false and faces repercussions of all kinds (perjury in court, criminal tax evasion are just a couple of examples) or say they are accurate in which case he is a terrible businessman.
