Haaha..From the Comments Section on HuffPo. Pence vs Kaine

http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/us_57f39a63e4b0703f7590c821/comments

Worth a read. Apparently Pence is not really "liked" much.

Michigan State University:
The Trumpster is a con man and grifter but Pence is worse, he is true believer and I don't trust those kind of people. From what I've heard the people of Indiana would LOVE to get rid of him and chances are he wouldn't have won the primary for governor. I have to say I despise evangelicals and eveything they represent so I am predjuiced, I admit it. But if someone want to be one and live by their "code" I don't care. His views on abortion, even in the case of a genetic abnormality, his anything goes on firearms, his views on LGBT, his denial of climate change, he is really a horrible person. He's like Ted Cruz on steroids. I honestly don't think I can stomach watching him in the debate. Maybe I'll just do the running commentary on Daily Kos and Patton Oswalt tweets. I'll record it if I want to watch it later.

and..
There has probably never been a candidate as bad for women as Mike Pence is. He is almost as vile as Trump except he manages to hide it behind his phoney religious claims. He tried to get a bill passed in Indiana that would have made it mandatory to make women take their abortion tissue home in a see thru bag so they would have to look at it. He then tried to make it mandatory that every abortion would need a burial. He signed in to law the lgbt hate law. He signed the ultrasound bill in to law making a woman have to stare at the screen of her baby for a period of time before the abortion can be performed. He is obsessed with women and their bodies and believes that you cannot overregulate them. Makes sense that he is running with Trump, the only candidate that might hate women more than Mike Pence does.

I can confirm they are happy he is gone.
Many have told me they will not vote for the Trump/Pence ticket.
Still working on a few to vote for Hillary.
Making good progress.

really are "undecided" voters. They've decided all right, but they just don't want to tell anyone so that they can have attention focused on them until the very last moment.

Anyone who is actually still the least bit "undecided" as between HRC and Trump is a moron. Period.

aspect, even those whose eyes don't tend to appear as black holes. These days those in office are typically corrupted by the ultra-conservative monied interests who know too well how to manipulate them. It was a given that all who might consider associating with Trump had something seriously wrong with them and their careers. In Pence's case, God's will seems to have been right in line with the Koch brothers', and for that matter very possibly a majority of the people of Indiana's.

He is not terribly bright. That video showcases both of those facts. Things got way worse for him as a result of that performance and his refusal, or lack of understanding the question Stephanopoulos repeatedly asked him. The lack of deep smarts showed up in later debacles where it was clear that neither he, nor his advisors could understand or anticipate serious negative policy consequences of laws he signed. He isn't dumb, he just isn't very bright.

That bumper sticker succinctly states what I feel. He had my heart enough that I actually joined the Democratic party to vote for him in my current state's primary, and I'll stay there to vote for her, because I want an experienced, intelligent, and incredibly competent President, not a melting orange misogynistic fabulist.

As a native born Hoosier, now an ex-pat, my standard line about my home state now is: Indiana, a great place to be from.

Pence is a just another poster boy for why religion shouldn't be a factor in governance.

Indianastan is a vast wasteland in the midwest.

I grew up in the "region" (NW Indiana near Chicagoland and the Steel Mills), so I was spared some of the real Emmy Award winners in the rural downstate regions.

My wife is from Indianapolis and her born again fundie parents skipped out to Arizona a decade ago. They are hideous human beings, but even they could not stand to stay...

The entire state has been in the dumpster for a very long time. Too bad, because some of the nicest beaches in the world can be found hidden on the shores of Lake Michigan!

gary...what an armpit area. I've lived in indy, ft. wayne and SB for nearly 38 yrs of my life.
I love the beaches up at Lake Michigan but more so the Michigan or Illinois sides. Tower Hill was a high school favorite.
Mother is still there, 84 yrs young...brother, sister, various nieces, nephews and cousins too. lots of friends left but some remain.
I don't know how they survive there.
last visit was about 6 weeks ago.
Had an allergy attack and was sick for 7 of the 9 days I was there.
it was awful and I never got to the beach because of it.
After Mom's gone, I doubt I'll ever go back.

Drives my father crazy...he can not abide Republicans at all, yet he finds them encroaching on once solidly blue areas like Michigan City (the Region has been reliably blue for generations despite the state being more and more Red...I remember the '08 election and seeing the national news breaking down the vote in Lake, Porter and LaPorte counties to see if they would put Obama over the top and swing Indiana blue).

I only travel back to Indiana to visit the beaches...though I think you are right...Warren Dunes in Michigan has always been a great beach and park...and then Redamak's restaurant in New Buffalo, Michigan...and the South Shore Line to the Museums and Grant Park in Chicago...hey...come to think of it, even when I am IN Indiana I spend more time getting the hell out of there than actually staying!!!

Been there for two years for a job assignment. They can't wait to get out, and are actively searching for new roles in the Boston area. (Selfishly, I'd be thrilled to have them closer!) Can't tell you how many times I've had a phone call saying, "You won't believe what that bastard did now!"

A mutual madness and each feeds off the other. Like when two people meet, and they perfectly match each others' pathologies. Then, sometimes it happens that they bring out the absolute sickest parts of each other.

Like some serial killing partners who enjoy their mutual sickness.
