2016 Postmortem
Related: About this foruminteresting how, when people can see hillary and trump side by side, her popularity soars
she got a major boost from the conventions.
she got another major boost from the first debate.
when people can actually compare them fairly, the choice is overwhelming -- hillary.
at other times, her lead gets slowly chipped away, when the media is covering trump, trump, trump, emails, and trump.
must be a coincidence.

(58,706 posts)3. Eh, I'm not so sure...
Pence tried to bring them up with no effect at the debate.
Serious issues? Almost hard to do that, the media seems to enjoy the shit-flinging and the drama.
Clinton wins on all the issues. That's the boring side of politics.
