About Juanita Broaddrick

The bottom line, of course, is that it is a she said/he said situation, and Hillary wasn't there.

What Juanita accuses Hillary of is "threatening" her. That threat, according to Broaddrick, was Hillary's saying how much she appreciated her campaign work, which Juanita somehow thought had threatening overtones.

But with regard to Juanita, Ken Starr decided that her case was inconclusive and didn't try to prosecute Clinton for it. For one thing, she signed an affidavit with the Paula Jones investigation denying that anything had happened. It was only in 1999 that she came out with her current story. In that NBC interview, she claimed to have had a swollen lip from Clinton biting on it. She said she told her husband she'd hurt her lip in an accident -- but she didn't tell him about Clinton. Her (then ex) husband, in the same interview, said he didn't remember either the swollen lip or her explanation.

after the incident....nobody knew about the incident...what did Bill go home and tell HIllary hey I raped Juanita today? It just doesn't make sense. I don't believe Hillary knew about the alleged rape when she gave Juanita that hand shake.

In a sworn affidavit on Dec 23, 1998, Juanita Broaddrick denied an “unsubstantiated, hearsay claim” made by the Paula Jones’ legal team that Bill Clinton had invited her (as Jane Doe #5) to a hotel room and forced her to have sex.

Under oath, Broaddrick said the rumors were “untrue”. Here are the relevant sections of her affidavit, per the Washington Post
3. I met President Clinton more than twenty years ago through family friends. Our introduction was not arranged or facilitated, in any way, by the Arkansas State Police. I have never been an Arkansas state employee or a federal employee. I have never discussed with Mr. Clinton the possibility of state or federal employment nor has he offered me any such position. I have had no further relations with him for the past (15) years.

4. During the 1992 Presidential campaign there were unfounded rumors and stories circulated that Mr. Clinton had made unwelcome sexual advances toward me in the late seventies. Newspaper and tabloid reporters hounded me and my family, seeking corroboration of these tales. I repeatedly denied the allegations and requested that my family’s privacy be respected. These allegations are untrue and I had hoped that they would no longer haunt me, or cause further disruption to my family.

3. Nobody found Juanita Broaddrick the least bit credible

She wasn't considered credible by the Paula Jones lawyers and was rejected. She wasn't considered credible by the impeachment proceedings and was rejected. Even Ken Starr who was looking for anything to hang the Clintons on didn't find her credible and she was rejected. She offered conflicting versions along with at least one outright denial. The witnesses she offered had motives to lie. Several news outlets investigated and rejected her story. Even the WSJ delegated the story to their editorial page rather than offering it up as legitimate journalism.

There's more reason to believe Trump raped a 13 yr old than Clinton raped Juanita Broaddrick, and even if one were to make that enormous leap of faith, the idea that HRC knew about it and threatened her is even more batshit crazy. Meanwhile the dipshit who is promoting this story also thinks asbestos and global warming are conspiracy theories, vaccines cause autism, the Clintons murdered Vince Foster, Obama was born in Kenya, Scalia was murdered, and Cruz's dad killed Kennedy.

5. Either she's lying now, or she lied under oath on the deposition
