What you do on Friday makes a difference

There are things I like and things I do not like about the Obama administration; but one thing I give a standing ovation to is his efforts to increase manufacturing in the U.S. Now we need to give a priority to buying American made, to complete the process.

I doubt I'll do any Christmas shopping. If I do buy a Christmas gift it will be a gift certificate from our local family owned pizza place.

3. Good for you!

The gift of platelets is the ultimate in personal giving! So few people give the majority of blood and blood products every year.

She and her family have become chosen family. Her maternity leave is up next tuesday, and I'm going to spend some more time with them before it's back to the grind!

The baby is adorable, by the way; she's 9 months old, tall, slender, pretty face, with the loveliest eyes ever; dark blue on the outside, silver blue on the inside of the iris. She will allow about three hours of quiet, listening to the adult conversation and charming everyone within reach!

No shopping; no money, nothing I really need, just down time with family.

if I need something or my family does, it will have to wait til this weekend is over. I will be protesting at the Federal Way Wal-Mart giving the finger to those who choose to become Wal-Mart's consumer whores!

That's for sure. I will probably go to Costco instead. I do think going to buy your essentials tomorrow will also help President Obama byshowibg things ARE getting slowly better. We just have to choose where to shop.
