Best advice: Do not watch any TV news. First of all, they suck. Second, only tiny numbers of people watch cable news. Third, mostly older people watch network news. They don't have the influence they used to.

And, they suck.

7. I switched my TV off of politics today

and it's been great! Usually I leave my TV set on MSNBC for background noise. I just couldn't take it anymore.

I am watching the World Series and ignoring a lot of the political stuff. I have a political dinner Sunday, but other than that, I understand. Disconnect for awhile and stay healthy!
