If you see any form of harassment near a voting location, whether that be people standing right outside the building, questioning the status of certain people's right to vote before entering the building, call the number from a safe area.
Call 911 if you feel your life or someone else's is in danger.
If you experience any problems inside with another voter, get a poll worker's assistance.
If a poll worker inside does not let you vote, ask to speak to the supervisor and even if they say you cannot vote, at minimum, vote with a provisional ballot[/].
Get out to vote, and if nervous, go with a friend!

DU'er awake has asked me to post this information, so I am, since DU'er William769 got some push back about his ID in FL. He handled it fabulously, but there are people who would be terrified or incapable of standing up for themselves like he did, and they need reminded to what they can do.
