I don't know how the GOP thinks it can win

presidential elections
Think about it only once in the past 6 presidential elections has a gop presidential candidate received more votes than the Dem and that was 2004 with an incumbent who never should have been pres in the first place and Bush barely won in 2004, it didn't become official until the day after the election

The GOP is fucked at least wen it comes to the presidency
not we got work to do regarding gerrymandering for the midterms

Bush the lesser had no right to the Presidency and had the unearned advantage of an incumbent.
Therefore, 2004 was illegitimate too.
