If they've confiscated a phone, how much email could possibly be on it?
If it involved Weiner, I can't imagine anything even remotely considered maybe possibly classified would be going back and forth to him.

Ont he other hand I think that this will turn out to be totally overblown.

(5,269 posts)Mark Cuban has posted statement that Huma simply forwarded some Clintonmail.com State Dept info to a device Anthony had used in his campaign that still had a working printer in order to print them out for Hillary as Huma had trouble getting the messages to print elsewhere. She then gave the printouts to Hillary. The transactions drew attention from FBI investigators, so they are checking out the messages to double check nothing classified.
Good chance they are duplicate emails already investigated in previous investigation of the Clintonmail server. This has happened before that FBI has announced finding more emails going back and forth but then concluded they are duplicates already looked at.

(9,461 posts)had access to then she is guilty of giving out classified information. We'll see. I don't think she would have transferred classified info to that computer, but I am worried about things that were classified after the fact.
