or does it just look at polling data?

like would it show how people reacted when the email news broke vs. the reaction when they found out oh it's just weiner? similar to the betting markets?

…and, as of Saturday (EDT) it's now 91%.

It's like 538, PEC, and the others. Nothing is factored in unless reflected in poll results. And we won't really know the effect of this until polls taken entirely after Friday are released -- which likely won't be until Wednesday or Thursday.
