Related: About this forumFBI Chief James Comey
Earlier, I deleted a post of mine that I felt cast aspersions on FBI Chief James Comey because I had written it out of the heat of the moment, and it later occurred to me that I had written it out of the heat of the moment and that I didn't want to smudge the reputation of a man, even if I disagreed with him, until I learned some more of the facts. However, the revelations that the Attorney General as well as others at the Justice Department had warned him that it violated FBI and DOJ policy to release such information so close to an election and that neither the e-mails nor the investigation have anything to with any wrong doing by Hillary Clinton, I have to say that James Comey's actions look suspicious at best and even if his actions aren't criminal, they certainly do cast aspersions upon his motives and also aspersions upon the validity of his claims. They also cast aspersions upon the claims of those, such as Donald Trump, who are trying to pounce on this for political gain. They try to ignore the fact that Hillary Clinton met this recent news, caused by Comey's actions, with her game face on, and actually demanded that the all the information be released. Sounds pretty confident to me, a little more confident than a person who was guilty of the crimes that the Trump camp and other Republicans have accused Hillary of, would be. Not to jump to conclusions, but this looks like a sham.

The bottom line is we need to get the fucking Republicans out of Congress or they will continue on with this bullshit until they completely wreck this country. Endless looping investigations are killing us. We need a Congress that is going to work for the people and not its own self interest. Jesus Christ, ENOUGH!
