chilling stuff. Fabulous interview of Jason Johnson, from The Root. About Trump's violent racism.

as I've got a colonoscopy coming up in a few days. That means I am doing the colon cleanse thing. And boy am I having fun, at least between the abdominal cramps. That's sarcasm, by the way. This'll be my first check of the fecal "warehouse." Anyone else have this done? Will I feel any discomfort from being "probed?" Okay, I'm sorry for being way, way off topic about a crappy subject. 😧😵

Tomorrow should be a breeze. You'll sleep through the procedure. Should be no pain or discomfort afterward.

sorry for the weird detour. I was going to say something like "dirt road detour," but thought better.

They won't give you that cheap crap that makes you sick and groggy when you awake.

You'll get propopal or some other high-end anesthesiaand will will wake up, like you took a nap.

After a short recovery, to make sure you're OK, you'll be able to walk out and eat immediately.

Of course, you'll still need someone to accompany you or drive you, for liability and safety reasons.
