(17,724 posts)Nor do many DUers who supported Bernie in the primary and now support Hillary Clinton, our next President of the United States.
I'm very sure your post is against the rules by the way. You may not realize that.
Aloha.

(1,384 posts)It's been completely out of step with every single poll since the beginning. From a 12 point lead to a 1 point deficit in a week? Fucking please.

(1,384 posts)Although the election is close at this point, vote preference results a week out are not necessarily predictive of the final result. Mitt Romney was +1 vs. Barack Obama in comparable tracking poll results in 2012, for example, and John Kerry was +1 vs. George Bush a week out in 2004.

That is incorrect, sir or madame:
Forty-six percent of likely voters support Trump in the latest results, with 45 percent for Clinton.Taking it to the decimal for illustrative purposes, a mere .7 of a percentage point divides them.Third-party candidate Gary Johnson has 3 percent, a new low; Jill Stein, 2 percent.
Oh, if you're looking for nuggets or minutiae:
In blue states (with 278 electoral votes), Clinton leads 54-37 percent.
P.S. Every poll is a data point.

(13,190 posts)It's the 3rd party key stupid:I follow the Lichtman rule of thumb which is if a 3rd party candidate gets 5% or more of the popular vote on election day it goes against the party in power.Right now Allan Lichtman is saying if Johnson gets 5% or more that key would be number 6 for the party in power which means the democrats are DONE for as winning the WH 2016. He also said the key could possibly flip back to the party in party resulting in only 5 keys down which they will retain the WH. So like everybody else who's freaking out about this poll I'M NOT!!!
