With Republican threat of shut down and no Supreme Court hearings

Shouldn't Hillary be running against their obstruction?
The reason our government is non functional is the Republicans who refuse to exercise their constitutional duties.
It may be too late but a very strong case should/could have been made that if you think our government is broken the Republicans are at fault.

But I doubt that most voters would even understand the issues involved. If it isn't the usual simpleton choices between good/bad or up/down, the convoluted inner workings of our government would probably make voters yawn and their eyes would roll back in their head.

Trump has been very successfully yanking on "the government is broken" chain without challenge. It would be easy to lay this at the feet of those responsible without much effort.
