They published her photo and stated that they interviewed her.
That docket posted by one of the members doesn't show it being dropped.
I'm worried for this woman.

(115,683 posts)But keep in mind that the Daily Mail is Britain's version of the National Enquirer. The spin in their article is distinctly pro-Trump.

(2,056 posts)She was convinced to shut up. Either the threats scared her into backing away from claims, she got paid off or she didn't want to fight in court.
Still think it's super shitty for her photos to be made public.
I suspect that if she didn't get paid off there is a chance she may do the press conference at some point.

(62,444 posts)That's a professional photo shoot and includes a photo of Bloom and Johnson together.
Surely Ms. Bloom authorized the photo shoot and agreed to allow them to be published (and advised her client to do the same).
I doubt that Ms. Bloom believed the person with the camera was merely carrying that equipment for decoration.

(62,444 posts)"Johnson conducted an interview, accompanied by Lisa Bloom, her lawyer, with DailyMail.com before the canceled press conference."
That's why they have a picture with Lisa Bloom at a table.
In order for them to have taken and used that photo, there would have to have been a release authorized by Bloom. If you don't want your clients photos to be published, then you do not allow a photo shoot or have your client agree to allow their use by the Daily Mail. Lisa Bloom, apparently believed otherwise.
