3. I've been hearing that the Clinton campaign isn't making a play for Texas.

I think they should at least send Kaine there. With Texas, Clinton would be looking at 400+ electoral votes.

The people who like fishing, swimming, skiing, camping, etc along the rio grande would have a beautiful big wall to look at instead of places like Amistad and Falcon Lake. The land owners along the border having land taken away by government imminent domain aren't thrilled. Farmers use water from there to irrigate crops and that could be at least temporarily be interrupted by building one. Pretty much a pisser for those directly impacted by building one.

I don't even live near the border but really enjoyed my trips fishing there. Some since it doesn't directly impact them don't really understand or care to understand the impact something like that could make.

10. When he talked about the wall for the first time I thought what about the wildlife? They can't

scale a wall. And yes it would totally ruin the aesthetics. I'm pretty pissed about this wall now let alone if I was a land owner where this would directly impact me. What a great night it would be if Texas went blue.
