In hundreds of polls he has gone over 43% only a couple of times, the only thing that has varied is SOS Clinton's support. He hasn't gained a single supporter in months.

In an election there are no "undecideds" so the number goes up a bit. I would be astonished if he goes past 46%. Wouldn't be surprised if he is as low as 42%. This is a one issue election "How do you feel about Donald Trump".

since you specified national popular vote. I think she'll win the electoral votes by a larger margin/percentage.
