Early voting should not be underestimated. That was Hillary's strategy in

California during the primaries, and it paid off

With every election early voting has been increasing, and from all indications, that trend is very much occurring this election, so much that it is a significant factor

When a pollster asks a person how they will vote, That question is more accurate with someone who has already voted, than someone who has not yet voted.

Would a poll that has more people who have already voted, be more accurate than another poll which has less people who have already polled for the same contest?

complaining that those people voted before Comey sent his letter but now their votes are already locked in for Hillary, pisses them off.
They even tried to get people to change their vote.
