Charlie Cook called out some Senate races.

He's good, non-partisan though he was a Dem. Senate staffer many years ago. Here are his calls:

IL - Dem
WI - Dem
PA - Dem
NH - Dem
NV - Dem
IN - Rep
NC- Can't call
MO - Can't call

He thinks NC will be close enough for a recount.

He has shown no indication of bias over the years, although he's not always correct.

The guy is a trooper working in the political trenches.

It's that he hasn't caught up up with modern forecasting techniques. But yeah, he's a good guy.
