What the FBI did was worse than what the SC did in 2000. The FBI trying to influence

an election against a specific candidate is a coup d'état, and a massive corruption of our democracy. Our country is on a very dangerous precipice right now

Now Comey comes out and says there was nothing there. But the damage is done.

being a commie, then quickly retracted the accusation when no one was looking.

What they are doing now is having every trumpster coming out on the news outlets, contradicting Comey's latest, and getting almost nil push back from the inept media.

It is a dangerous disgrace what is occurring, and because of it our country is in grave danger

they see it's the top news they see the "BREAKING" . they see it's being talked about all the time. so they think "of course there is something there". even if she isn't charged with a crime or anything else they assume she still did something wrong .

4. No. Sorry. SCOTUS stopping the count...
Mon Nov 7, 2016, 12:41 AM
Nov 2016

... was not just an attempt to "influence."

When they stopped the count, the intention was to put Bush in the White House.

And they succeeded.

It was theft of an election in plain sight.

Of course, all SCOTUS actually did when the stopped the count was to render the Florida election incomplete, and therefore, unlawful.

On Jan 6 it is the duty of congress to judge the legality of the appointment of electors. This is not a political duty. It is our backstop against corrupt state elections. There is no doubt that the Florida electors were unlawfully appointed pursuant to an incomplete election. There is no doubt that, had congress done it's duty, those unlawful electors would have been tossed out, and Gore would have been inaugurated.

Through the action of SCOTUS, and with the complicity of Congress, we inaugurated the loser of Election 2000.

11. Not flawed. Treasonous.

And they made that clear when the declared that the decision could not be used as precedent.

SCOTUS Betrayed America, and Congress allowed them to get away with it.

The Electoral Count act is crystal clear. Five members of SCOTUS abused their power and undermined the constitution when they stepped in to "settle" a controversy that Congress, and Congress alone, is given the power to "settle."

Five Supreme Court Justices are criminals in the truest sense of the word.:

12. Coup d'etat
Mon Nov 7, 2016, 02:15 AM

The decision of the five Republican appointed Supreme Court justices regarding Bush v. Gore that effectively gave the election to Bush amounted to a judicial coup. There was no precedent for that decision. According to a New York Times recount of all Florida votes conducted a year after the election Gore actually won. If the court hadn't halted the recount Gore would have been elected. Comey's letter may have influenced the election but did not decide it contrary to the actual votes cast by citizens. Everyone who's interested should read Justice John Paul Stevens' blistering dissent on that decision.
