Donald Trump Election Day loss expected to trigger fighting within Republican PartyBY CAMERON JOSEPH
NEW YORK DAILY NEWS WASHINGTON BUREAU CHIEF
Sunday, November 6, 2016, 7:15 PM
WASHINGTON The civil war for the soul of the Republican Party is only going to grow more bitter if Donald Trump loses to Hillary Clinton.
"I don't expect Trump and his troika of apparatchiks to go quietly. They'll stick around and try to make money off the madness," said Weaver. "We've allowed the elevation of a group of racist cowards into a significant place into our party. We have become the party of angry white men. Well, now the white men are angrier but they're older. What happens when you're angry and old? Eventually you die off. They're dying off and who are we replacing them with in the Republican Party? First-time voters? Nope. Millennials? Women? People of color? No, no, no."
"Right-wing talk radio has built itself an intellectual cul-de-sac, they can only say no," said former Cruz communications director Rick Tyler. "There's a civil war in the party, and it's split into three factions now. There's going to be a big brawl."

Dominunist religious fanatics that want to set up a theocracy in America
Wall street/main street capitalist pigs that play the first two groups for suckers year after year.
These are the 3 branches of the disease known as the republican party as far as I can see.

(7,365 posts)They all are sorta going for a different piece of the pie, but using the same apparatus to get there. All of these factions see government as an affront to their dreams---dreams of theocracy, states' rights or unbridled capitalism. But the irony is that they need and will use the workings of the federal government to reassert these ostensibly sinister positions. The Republican Party has become a boutique operation and it will take a combination of an incredibly weak Democratic candidate combined with a very strong Republican candidate to make that party viable on a national level again. Hillary isn't invincible, she wasn't this year nor will she be in 2020, but running the assclowns they seem to always gravitate to will get them taken to the woodshed again.

(3,205 posts)...is for tRump and the alt-right to form a party of the extreme right (for want of a better name we'll call them the Fascist Party), which will allow the Republican Party to move a bit leftward (toward sanity) and become the center-right party of their fathers. That would allow the Democratic Party to move leftward and become a true center-left party.

Scorpion and frog.
It will take a few weeks to emote and blow of steam, but as the day comes closer to Hillary becoming POTUS it will be the enemy of their enemy and they will unite in their vile hatred of all things D POTUS.
AND, again, people are not ready to hear it, but if we get the senate and they do the right thing with the filibuster, shit IS going to hit the fan.
